In this workshop we’ll be playing around with some classical texts - perfect for those wanting to brush up on their skillset, or those who miss it from their training days.
You’ll get the scripts in advance (no need to be off book) so you have time to familiarise yourself with the text and context of your scene.
We’ll look at how to move past that stilted feeling, and get it up on and ground it in reality!
Focus: Classical text work in paired scenes.
Prep level: Scenes provided in advance.
Biscuits: Always!
Thespian/AcTOR pretentiousness: Minimal, we promise! Though if anyone wants to bring in a Skull prop, we won’t stop you
