Moving our bodies to tell stories can be one of the most freeing feelings for actors to have when performing - and let’s be real, it’s always so super cool to watch! But telling someone to ‘move in the space’ or ‘just loosen up’ or even when you see the dreaded Movement Sequence in a script, can give the opposite effect, and instead of being free, we turn into a deer caught in headlights!
In this workshop you will explore physicality as a way to connect to your own body, to the space and to character.
