OCT 23rd | MEISNER with Sally
Thursday 23rd Oct, 6pm-9pm.
———————————————
Meisner's big mantra was living truthfully under imaginary circumstances' and we will learn in this introduction to Meisner workshop the key to unlocking the living truthfully' part.
Focusing on a brief warm up, group work exercises and then the juicy bit...the Meisner technique, where the locus is entirely on your scene partner, listening and repeating. To get the most out of it is all we would ask is that you bring an openness to learning and a willingness to actively try to 'get out of your head.
Tip from Sally:
“I find the best way to achieve this is taking your focus away from yourself, your phone, what's going on outside and immersing yourself in the workshop and putting that focus onto your partner. I look forward to being in the room with you!”
